Brina Masi Eades is the founder of Family Roots Legacy Planning, a Baltimore-based law firm dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and young families protect what matters most. With experience at both global and local law firms, Brina brings a practical yet compassionate approach to estate planning—making complex legal matters feel approachable and empowering for her clients.

Before launching her own practice, Brina served as a Staff Attorney at DLA Piper and Venable and as an Attorney with the Social Security Administration. She later worked in legal recruiting, gaining a unique perspective on people’s goals and life transitions—insight that now informs her thoughtful, people-first approach to legacy planning.

Brina is passionate about providing personalized service to each of her clients, taking the time to understand their unique circumstances and craft plans that reflect their values and goals.

Deeply committed to community service, Brina previously served as President of the Junior League of Baltimore and as Secretary of the Hampden Family Center Board. Her leadership in these organizations reflects the same values that guide her practice: connection, compassion, and building strong foundations for the future.

When she’s not working with clients, Brina enjoys live music, cooking, and exploring Baltimore’s neighborhoods and restaurants with her husband.
